taste the rainbow

last weekend the girls and i made these fun rainbow cupcakes. extremely simple, turned out super cute.

chaya is our candy girl. she spelled her name with candy and pencils from the "candy bucket" all on her own. then at church a few days later, the children's sermon was about being tempted and the woman had a bowl of chocolates, chaya let everyone know that she is a candy monster. chaya has told us on several occasions that she wants to grow up to be a candy girl. what is that you ask, well it involves handing out candy during sporting events. lol... it just makes me smile.

friday night we took my good friend's daughter, livia, to the third grade musical, bambi. very fun!

friday, february 26th, kenya had another mock swim meet. she received a medal and did three events; breaststroke, freestyle, and backstroke.
