the "big" race

on saturday, may 30, in des moines, ia, we ran the dam to dam which is 12.4 mile race. there were 6,500 runners. it was an experience of a lifetime. it was hard work but a lot of fun, too! we all finished and felt great about our accomplishment. we are already talking about next year.

preschool graduation

gibson graduated from kids depot at the end of may. she will be going to kindergarten in the fall. her preschool program consisted of all their favorite songs from the year and a picnic. i think gibson is definitely ready for school.
