there were three separate food stations. appetizers were grilled portabella mushrooms, the salad table was a spread of fresh veggies, cheeses, fruits, dips, and different salads (my favorite) and the entree was a potato martini (garlic mashed potatoes with sauteed onions and lime chicken enchilada meat with various toppings served in the martini glass). our food and tablemates were fabulous (two older couples that could have been our parents).
dessert was chocolate dipped strawberries, pineapples, and bananas. yummy.
we also stepped out onto the deck for some smores making.

finally, we took a walk on the candlelit path and then went kicksledding on the lake. this was our first time for this activity and very fun. we took turns on who was riding and pushing. thanks drew for a fun and adventurous romantic night!
