thursday, february 28, 2013, was gibson's third grade musical performance of the jungle book. even though i watched rehearsal all week, plus two other performances from my own class, nothing beats watching my own child perform on stage.

emily, kenya, and katie (lots of fun at the president's day tournament) the girls went to sky zone friday night (hot tub and up late afterwards), all morning v-ball, shopping and overnight with cousins, and more v-ball all day sunday!

grandpa t made these beautiful keepsake jewelry boxes for each of the girls. they are made from a walnut tree that was from the farm where i grew up (it has been aging for years) what a special present. thanks!!
